SIGR 1100 series thermal conductive grease

The Elaplus SIGR1100 series thermal conductive silicone grease system is used as a thermal conductive material in electronic devices and has excellent thermal conductivity. The viscosity of this product is low, which allows for close contact between the surface of electronic components that need to be cooled and the heat sink, reduces thermal resistance, and quickly and effectively lowers the temperature of electronic components, thereby extending the service life of electronic components and improving their reliability. The 1100 series thermal conductive silicone grease does not crosslink, so this product is easy to operate if there are any changes or replacements to the radiator during electronic assembly.

This series of products not only has high thermal conductivity, but also does not generate stress during use. It has high stability at -50 to+250 ℃ and excellent weather resistance, radiation resistance, and excellent dielectric performance.
