ELAPLUS SIPA 8707 two-component solid silicone potting adhesive (dielectric insulating silicon gel)

Elaplus SIPA 8708 is a transparent two-component self-healing silicone gel, which forms a special soft material with buffer and automatic recovery after curing. Used to isolate moisture and other harmful pollutants from contact with circuit boards, and provide insulation for high voltage. Another purpose is to provide stress relief to protect circuits and interconnectors from high temperatures and mechanical stress. Applied to package and protect IC chips such as power semiconductors, electronic sensors, and automotive ECU integrated modules, as well as submarine fiber encapsulation.
