ELAPLUS SIPA 8530 A/B silicone adhesive

SIPA 8530A/B organic silicone adhesive is a two-component addition-cure room temperature curing silicone rubber, which can also be heated and cured to form a strong and soft high toughness silicone rubber elastomer. Easy to operate, quickly cured by heating, with no by-product volatilization during the curing process, minimal volume change, and extensive temperature resistance of the cured product. It has excellent resistance to cold and hot alternation, aging, and electrical insulation properties, as well as good moisture resistance, anti vibration, corona resistance, and leakage resistance. This product does not require the use of any other primer. Heating and curing can be used to bond most materials such as metals, polar plastics, ceramics, and glass. For bonding special materials such as PP and PE, specific primer agents need to be used. Flame or plasma treatment can also be applied to the surface of the adhered material as needed to improve bonding performance.
