RTV SiPA 1865A/B silicone sealant is a two-component addition-cured room temperature curing silicone rubber that can also be heated and cured to form a strong and soft high toughness silicone rubber elastomer. It is easy to mix and pour during operation, and can cure at any thickness at room temperature. There is no by-product volatilization during the curing process, and the volume change is minimal. The cured material has a wide range of temperature resistance, excellent resistance to cold and hot alternation, aging, and electrical insulation properties, as well as good moisture resistance, anti vibration, corona resistance, and electrical leakage resistance. This product does not require the use of other primers and can be used to bond most materials such as metal, plastic, ceramics, and glass. Special materials such as PP and PE need to be combined with specific primers for bonding. Flame or plasma treatment can also be applied to the surface of the adhered material as needed to improve bonding performance.
