With suppliers such as CATL, Xinwangda, Guoxuan High tech, and Dawan Technology launching ultrafast charging batteries, more and more ultrafast charging guns are adopting liquid cooled fast charging solutions to cope with high voltage, high current, and high-power transmission.
Liquid cooled ultra fast charging involves adding a dedicated liquid circulation channel between the charging cable and the charging gun. Introduce coolant into this channel to dissipate the heat generated during the charging process. The power pump drives the circulation of coolant, effectively taking away heat. This requires charging guns and cable materials to have high thermal conductivity, strength, and toughness.
Fill the space at the tip of the charging gun with thermal potting material, ensuring complete coverage and sealing of the charging gun tip.
Ensure close contact between the thermal potting material and the surface of the charging gun tip, and eliminate possible bubbles or gaps to maximize thermal conductivity efficiency.

The raw material does not contain heavy metals, green environmental protection, wide process operability, high physical properties of the finished product, and good adhesion to the substrate.
